I am sorry I have not read your book but here is my story anyway.I had met Robert through a MLM company and we became friends. when I started Ethnic Supplies I naturally told him and others that I knew about what I was doing. Robert told me about his cousin Mary who worked in International development in Tanzania. he snet his cousin an email and before I knew I had a whole of contact in Tanzania. Mary also told me about a trade exhibition that was taking place in Tanzania in July 2007 and I agreed to attend. She arranged accommodation for me at a convent near the exhibition and told me about the do and donts whilst in Dar es Salaam. When I arrived in Dar I gave her my local number this was passed on to all the people that I needed to meet and one of the ladies took it upon herself to guide me around the exhibition for four days and this included collecting me from and taking me abck to where i was staying. During this time this lady introduced me to a consultant from the UK who was in town as part of research he was doing for his company on emerging markets. On return to the UK I was invited to submit my CV to their firm with the view that if they win this contract I would be called on as and when needed to travel to Tanzania to carry out research for them and be apid (still waiting to hear about), besides that this consultant and I have beceme good friends.

At the end of day 4 Mary invited me into her home in the country side to give me time of the city for the remainder or my stay as I generally hate cities.
